einer Brennstoffzelle circa 60-70 %. Diese Technik ist nicht zu verwechseln mit derjenigen eines Wasserstoffmotors, bei dem es sich um einen Wasserstoffverbrennungsmotor handelt.<\/p><p>Moderne Ottomotoren weisen einen Wirkungsgrad von rund 25 % auf, w\u00e4hrend Dieselmotoren einen Wirkungsgrad von bis zu 40 % erreichen k\u00f6nnen. Auch Flugzeugtriebwerke weisen \u00e4hnliche Wirkungsgrade auf wie Fahrzeugmotoren. Dies spricht daf\u00fcr, die Brennstoffzelle zu verwenden &#8211; insbesondere, wenn der Wasserstoff durch regenerative Energien erzeugt wurde.<\/p><p>Brennstoffzellen wandeln chemische Energie in elektrische Energie um. Sie k\u00f6nnen in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Formen hergestellt werden, aber alle haben einige grundlegende Komponenten: einen fl\u00fcssigen oder festen Elektrolyten, bipolare Elektrodenplatten (Anode und Kathode) mit Diffusionsschichten aus Gas und einem Katalysator.<\/p><p>Brennstoffzellen als Netzersatzanlagen geh\u00f6ren noch nicht zum Standard im Rechenzentrumsumfeld. High Knowledge ist hierbei Pionier in der modernen und nachhaltigen Wasserstoff-Energieversorgung f\u00fcr kritische Infrastrukturen. Die dabei eingesetzte Brennstoffzelle muss detailliert auf die elektrischen Anlagen wie z.B. der USV abgestimmt sein, um bei Netzausfall die Verbraucher sicher mit Energie versorgen zu k\u00f6nnen.
