Scope: design and general contractor services
Design and construction of a modular data centre for a federal authority. Public-sector requirements for availability, physical security and documentation were implemented in close coordination with the client; the modular design allows later expansion without disrupting live operations.

Scope: general contractor, coordination of all trades, load and functional testing
Construction of a colocation data centre as a modular infrastructure that scales in stages. As general contractor, High Knowledge coordinated all trades from detailed design to handover, including documented load and functional tests.

Design and construction of a prefabricated data centre for a municipal building authority. Local heritage and environmental requirements were reflected in site selection, building volume and design, and agreed with the responsible authorities.
